Conference Costs

On behalf of the organizing committee of Vietnamese Christian Fellowship Conference 2008, I would like to announce to you all about the price to attend the Conference. The following fees are not the accurate price as it actually costs because the organizing committee decided to discount for each Christian AUD$100.00, and each pastor or minister AUD$140.00. By faith and trust in God’s providence, the organizing committee will try to compensate for the break-down fee with all our effort to raise funds.

The Conference following prices include the Conference fee, food, accommodation, transportation.

1.    The price for staying at The Chancellor (five stars hotel) consists of 5 days and 4 nights with a room of 2-3 persons and eating at Bond Uni (4,5 days)
·         Adult: $540/ person
·         Children from 4 years old to 12 years old: $390/person
·         Children from 2 years old to 3 years old: $300/person
·         Children under 2 years old: free

2.    The price for staying at the hostel of Bond University consists of 5 days and 4 nights with a room of 1-2 persons, eating at Bond Uni (4,5 days)
·         Adult: $380/ person
·         Children from 4 years old to 12 years old: $290/person
·         Children from 2 years old to 3 years old: $200/person
·         Children under 2 years old: free

3.    SPECIAL PRICE FOR GOD’S SERVANTS SUCH AS BIBLE COLLEGE PROFESSORS, PASTORS, MINISTERS, REVEREND TO STAY AT THE CHANCELLOR during the Conference
·         $400/person (food for 4,5 days; stay 5 days and 4 nights, pick up and send to the airport)

4.    The price for those who do not stay at The Chancellor or Bond University, only attend the Conference
·         Attending the whole Conference (including lunch, dinner and Conference fee): $250/person (not including lunch on the third day)
·         Attending one day only at the Conference (including lunch, dinner and Conference fee): $70/person
 

* Note:
·         Anyone wants to join the city tour to Gold Coast Beach, please pay the fee of transportation which is $10/person (not including food)
·         Anyone wants to stay more at The Chancellor after the Conference more than 3 nights with the price of $80/person/night (not including food)
·         The organizing committee has to deposit to The Chancellor and Bond University’s Director Board before 30th September 2008, therefore, we only accept the register form along with the Conference fee.
·         The deadline for registration is on 15th September 2008
·         The organizing committee will update the numbers of people who register at The Chancellor and Bond University
